Micah Carlton (CEO) is a member of the Choctaw Nation and also a USMC Combat Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. After Micah left the Marine Corps he obtained a degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Florida. Soon after college he started his entrepreneurial journey in the medical field by creating a medical salve company out of Amelia Island Florida. While enjoying success in the medical industry Micah started a non profit to help house homeless Veterans in North Florida. Micah then branched out to the fitness and health industry by starting a multinational functional fitness facility. Micah’s Journey ultimately brought him back to his roots in Oklahoma where he developed and managed Oklahoma’s first multi-use sports and medical facility. Micah also volunteers as a grey shirt with Team Rubicon and enjoys spending time with family in the outdoors.
Lance Madison (CFO) is a member of the Cherokee nation, registered respiratory therapist and entrepreneur. He attended school at Northwestern Oklahoma State University and holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. Lance has years of experience in the healthcare field, directing and clinical practices in respiratory therapy and durable medical equipment. He has served on several community, tribal and healthcare boards. He has a great understanding of navigating healthcare and government contracts, accreditations and understanding how to meet the needs of his neighbors, his church and his fellow native citizens and tribes. At home Lance has a lovely wife and six children who he admires and loves very much.
Philip Zoellner (COO) rounds out the team with his healthcare and business fortitude. Philip served his country in the US Peace Corps in Central America. Philip speaks fluent Spanish and has a heart for the Latin American culture and for helping others. His mentor style leadership enables his companies to prosper without the micro-management stifling styles of many leaders.
Philip is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Conflict Resolution, Sales Management, People Management, Spanish, and Teamwork. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor’s degree focused in Environmental Management / College of Business from Northeastern State University.
